Every order due today sits in a column: New, Designing, Ready, Out for delivery, Delivered. Move it along as the work gets done. Anything overdue is marked, so nothing quietly slips past you on the busy week.
Print the day's deliveries in the order they will be driven, with addresses, telephone numbers and time slots. Put the stops in the order you want with the arrows; that order is kept for the day.
Morning, afternoon, evening — or whatever the funeral and the office party need. An order is never accepted for a day the shop is closed, because the closed days you set are the ones it checks.
A short e-mail when the order arrives, when it leaves the shop and when it has been delivered — sent from your own mailbox, so a reply comes to you and not to us. Switch any of the three off and everything else carries on.
The board and the order page are built for a telephone held in one hand, because that is how they get used — standing at the bench, or in the van with the engine running. There is nothing to install; it is a website.
There is no route optimisation here and no live map following the van. You say which stop comes first and the sheet prints in that order. For a shop with one driver and a town they know, that has been enough; if you run several vans across a city, this is the part that will feel thin.
Sign up, add a few products, and put a real order through. If it does not save you time, walk away — there is nothing to cancel.
