The agreement between you and us. Short, because there is not much to it: you pay for a tool, we run it, and either of us can walk away.

Not published yet · Who is behind this service has not been entered yet, so this page cannot name them. Until it does, treat it as a draft rather than as a notice you can rely on.

Who this is with

The business behind this service has not been published yet.

By creating a shop you accept them. If you do not, do not create one — that is the whole of the acceptance.

What you get

Access to PetalDesk as it is on the day you use it: taking orders, running deliveries, keeping customers, counting stock, the cash book, the reports, your order form and your web shop. Every feature at one price, for as many people as you like.

The service changes. Things get added, and occasionally something is removed because it was wrong or nobody used it. If something you rely on is going to go, you will be told before it does.

The trial

14 days, free, with nothing held back and no card asked for.

When it ends, nothing is taken and nothing is deleted. The shop becomes a read-only record: you can still sign in, read every order and customer, and export them. Adding and changing waits until you subscribe.

Paying

The subscription runs for the period you paid for. There is nothing that renews itself behind your back: when a period ends, the shop turns read-only until the next payment, rather than a charge appearing on a card you had forgotten about.

Prices are shown in the money of the country you open the page from, and the page says whether tax is included. If a price changes, the one you already paid stands until that period ends.

If you pay by card, the card details go to the payment provider and not to us; we are told whether the payment worked, nothing more.

Paid and changed your mind? Write to us. We would rather refund an unused period than keep money from someone the tool did not suit.

What is yours to look after

  • What you put in. Your customers' details are your responsibility to collect lawfully and to keep accurate; we hold them on your instruction.
  • Who you give a sign-in to, and taking it away when someone leaves.
  • Your own agreement with your payment provider, and the rules of your own trade.
  • Your own copy. Everything exports to CSV. Take one now and then — not because we expect to lose anything, but because a business should never have exactly one copy of its own records.

What we do not promise

There is no guaranteed uptime here and no compensation clause attached to one. It is a small service run carefully, not a telephone exchange. Updates are deployed with the database backed up first, and we try not to do them on a Saturday in February.

We do not promise the software has no faults. If one costs you an order, tell us and we will fix it; what we cannot do is underwrite your trading. Nothing here takes away a right your own country's consumer law gives you.

Stopping

You can stop at any time by not paying for the next period. There is nothing to cancel, no notice to give and no exit fee. Your records stay readable and exportable.

Ask us to delete the shop and we delete it — the orders, the customers, the photographs, all of it, without keeping a quiet copy.

We can close an account if it is used to break the law, to attack the service or to send people things they did not ask for. That is the only reason we would, and you would be told why.
